This Hotel is great for anyone going on a cruise. They were bilingual, they were easy to deal with, they held our luggage after check out for free as well. We loved this hotel. We liked the location and the rooftop pool. The pool area is a bit small, but it has a great view of the pier area. The amenities like the gym and free wireless were a plus. Also, there is a public parking lot about a block away that is very inexpensive, $3 overnight parking. We are already planning to go back to San Juan and plan to stay at this hotel. ...read more
